Continuing the local thread, we consulted with Leather Storrs, Noble Rot's nationally recognized chef. Storrs assisted Split in creating a beautiful a la carte menu full of varying textures and flavors, designed to be mixed and matched to best complement the drink of choice. The sophisticated yet comfortable space encourages guests to share not only the cuisine but a truly unique experience of their own creation. |
